Perunding Kos T & K Sdn Bhd (PKT) as we are better known was incorporated in March 1998 as a Quantity Surveying Consultant. Prior to 1998, the firm was practicing under the style of PKT Associates, a partnership firm established in 1991. The firm is registered with Lembaga Jurukur Bahan Malaysia (LJBM Reg. No: 1998/FC00250) and Ministry of Finance (MOF).
PKT as a practice for over 20 years, remain flexible and responsive to our clients/ needs. We are innovative in developing new services or tailoring our services to best complement our client’s business processes. The philosophy and culture of our practice are commitment to quality, accuracy and timely advice.
Our services include Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy services (core services of Quantity Surveying) as well as Project Management, Value Engineering and Contractual Advice.

The aim– to achieve savings in manpower and time, which translates into more efficient and better quality services for our valued clients. Every member of staff has a fully networked workstation running on Microsoft Windows Server Operation System. Amongst other softwares, we use Microsoft Office for word processing and spreadsheets, BEST® CADMeasure which links together with the latest AutoCAD drawings (it captures quantities at the shortest time possible and produces accurate quantities), BINALNK® for measurement and the preparation of Bills of Quantities and Norton® for virus protection. Other equipment includes high resolution colour network photo copier machine, printer, scanner and digitiser.
